Are you insured? Yes!
Do I need to be home while my house is being cleaned? Not at all. We never want to interfere or get in the way of your day. Just let us know entry and exit info prior to cleaning. Most customers give a key to their home or a code to the garage, but other methods of entry can be agreed upon. All keys are marked for identification with a code ( no address or customers name are used )
Do I need to leave out any cleaning products? Not unless their is something particular that you want us to use. We provide all cleaning supplies, vacuums, and equipment. Should you wish for me to use one of your products, including vacuum cleaners, I am not responsible for any damage to any article or component.
How do I pay? Payment in cash or check is due the day of cleaning. Please leave your payment on the kitchen counter the day of service. A $30 fee will be assessed for any checks returned by your bank. All prior balances must be cleared, before your next service.

The first thing we will do is visit your home to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate.
What if I have pets? Pets are not a problem. But I do need to know if you have them and we would like to have the names for reference. Also, if any pet is aggressive I ask that you secure them while cleaning your home. If they are friendly, I will be happy to clean around them. Please also remember that pets can act differently if a family member is not present. On initial walk through please introduce me to your pets if you are going to have them in the house while cleaning is done.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday? We do not provide service on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. We will contact you ahead of time to arrange an alternate day for that week if your cleaning day falls on a holiday.
What is your cancellation policy?We understand that schedules change. We ask that you contact us no later than noon the day before your scheduled cleaning to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations later than noon the day before are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. The same fee will be charged if we can not gain access to your home if you have chosen not to leave a key or garage code. For Monday cleanings, please call or text by noon of the proceeding Friday.
SICKNESS
If someone in your home is sick ( contagious ) please contact us by 7am if possible to let us know so that we have time to remove you from the schedule and wave the late cancel fee. We will be happy to reschedule your cleaning to a day when you or your family member is feeling better.
What if I have extra requests?
Do I need to do anything to my home before my cleaning? Clutter/House prep. It would be appreciated if items were picked up off the floor, dressers, and counters were not piled with too much clutter before arrival. This allows us to clean more thoroughly. If for some reason you do not want a particular room cleaned, please just leave a note so we can honor that request
Weather In severe weather, I may determine it is not safe to travel and cancel that day's service. If this occurs, I will try to reschedule. Please by understanding in rescheduling. Being from Iowa bad weather is a given, especially in the winter months.
